Offers are invited from primary manufacturers or their authorized dealers for the Registration as a Pre-qualified Firm with Medical Superintendent, Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Hospital Sukkur for the supply of pharmaceuticals and allied items for the year 2008-09. Interested eligible manufacturing firms can obtain Pre-qualification Form on payment of Rs.100/- on or after appearing of this advertisement from the following officers:

The form duly filled with required information shall be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent GMC Hospital Sukkur on or before 20.07.2008. Certificate of registration will be issued upon payment of Rs.1000/- per year.
