The Project Director (Mega-III), NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi invites sealed tenders for the import of Laboratory Equipment on C&F Karachi basis as per following details.
Tenders are required to be submitted in duplicate by the reputed firms / manufacturers / suppliers registered with Sales Tax Department on the prescribed Tender Form and in accordance with the specifications laid down in the Tender Document.
Tender Document can be obtained from the office of the Project Director (Mega-III), NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, against the written request duly forwarded by Project Director (Mega-III) on deposition of Rs.2,000/- as tender fee in shape of pay order in favour of Director Finance, NED University up to 15.07.2008 on all working days between 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. except Fridays. Tender Document can also be obtained by post against pay order of Rs.200/- as courier charges in addition to Tender Fee of Rs.2,000/-.
Tender duly completed and addressed to Project Director (Mega-III), must reach or be dropped along with the earnest money in the Tender Box placed in the office of the Project Director (Mega-III), NED University latest by 10:30 a.m. on 16-07-2008 which shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in presence of the tenderers who may wish to be present. In case of any disturbance, the tenders will be opened on the next day as per schedule.
Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, divide business amongst more than one bidder and extend the opening date & time without assigning any reason thereof.
