Note: Supply of Medicines, Drugs, X-Ray Films, Machinery Equipments & Furniture to Chandka Medical College Hospital, Larkana.
Tender Fee (Non-Refundable): Non-refundable of Rs.100/-
The Chandka Medical College Hospital, Larkana intends to pre-qualify the Manufacturers, Importers (Medicines/ Drugs, X-Ray Films, Machinery Equipments, & Furniture) and Bio-Medical Firms for their above-mentioned products, as suppliers for the year 2008-09.
The Firms/ Manufacturers/ Importers, who have already been qualified at this Institution, are advised to apply themselves for renewal by depositing Rs.1000/- as renewal fee and the New Firms, who are willing/ interested to apply for pre-qualification themselves, can also participate in the pre-qualification process at this Institution and they should obtain the required pre-qualification documents/ forms from the Accounts Branch of CMC Hospital Larkana, and also from the Accounts Branch of CMC Hospital Larkana, and also from the Procurement and Monitoring Cell, Block No.24, Sindh Secretariat, Government of Sindh, Karachi, during office hours by submitting a written request along with non-refundable fee of Rs.100/- up to 12th July, 2008.
The Department reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
