Sealed financial bids are invited for purchase of following items from the reputed Generator providers duly registered with Sales Tax & income tax departments having own company office and Phone/ Fax (if found contrary tender will be rejected) Competent authority reserved the right to accept/reject all bids with out assigning reason thereof.
The rates should be valid for six months. Tender closing date will be 12-07-08 at 10.00 am and tender opening date will be 12-07-08 at 10.30 am. Tender will be opened in the P&GS department State Life Building 5th floor G.T Road Gujrat.
On finding substandard quality as and when noticed during process, the contract may be cancelled forth with.
The Firm/ suppliers in question will be bound to supply the required items as whole consignment within 60 days from the issuance of supply orders.
The bidders will attach their respective copies of NTN & Sales Tax certificates.
Sealed tenders duly completed in all respects must be reached to the undersigned by Courier Service/by Post during Office hours i.e 8.00 AM to 4.30 PM (sharp) except Saturday & Sunday till the closing dates and time as mentioned above. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Incharge (P&GS) Gujrat zone.
3.5% income Tax or as per Government policy will be deducted at source.
The Corporation reserves the rights to cancel/reject any one or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
