Note: Description: (1) Air-Condition Coaches of Latest Model, (2005 and above) in excellent condition, (for Club Class passengers) Seating Capacity: 15 to 25, No of coaches required per trip: 1 to 3 coaches, Pick and drop points: Islamabad Airport to Peshawar Airport.
(2) Air-Condition Buses of Latest Model, (2005 and above) in excellent condition, (For Economy Class passengers), Seating capacity: 40 to 50, No of buses required per Trip: 1 to 6, Pick and drop Points: Islamabad Airport to Peshawar Airport.
Tender Fee: Rs.500.00 (non-refundable).
Sealed quotations are invited from well established and reputed transporters for provision of following vehicles on hiring to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) for pick & drop of passengers of Peshawar bound fight(s) diverted to Islamabad due to weather condition on as and when required basis for six months.
Tender documents containing full details of items, specification, terms & conditions can be obtained from Manager Procurement & Logistics Department, 8-A, Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi on written request against cash payment of Rs.500.00 (non-refundable) on all working days between 0900 Hrs. to 1230 Hrs, and 1430 Hrs to 1630 Hrs. Tender documents will not be sold on tender opening date.
Sealed quotation addressed to Manager Procurement & Logistics Islamabad shall be couriered or dropped in the tender box marked “Local Purchase” placed in the office of Manager Procurement & Logistics, 8-A, Gulzar-e Quaid, Rawalpindi by 07-07-2008 before 1030 Hrs. Tender will be opened at 1100 Hrs. in the presence of any or all tenderers.
PIA will not be responsible for any postal delay Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
