Note: Construction Of 1.3 MW Hydel Project at Thoi (Penstock Pipe / Accessories and Allied Civil Work)" @ Rs. 9,82,73,726/-.

Application for Pre-Qualification of the work "Construction Of 1.3 MW Hydel Project at Thoi (Penstock Pipe / Accessories and Allied Civil Work)" @ Rs. 9,82,73,726/-" are hereby invited from the approved/registered contractors of the relevant class who have deposited their renewal fee for the current financial year 2007-2008.
Conditions : Firms/contractors fulfilling the following requirements should sent their applications to the Executive Engineer W&P Division Ghizar on or before 07th July, 2008.
Original structures of Firms/Contractors with their registered official address.
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category.
The Firms/Companies should furnish attested copy of their registration documents under the Pakistan Partnership Act.
Detail of similar nature of works executed in the last ten years with documentary evidence duly certified the concern Division/Department.
Detail of work in hand (indicating tendered cost and present progress).
List of tools/plants/machinery and equipments available.
Under taking stating that the firms/contractors are not involved in any litigation with the department.
Financial status with bank certificates indicating bank transactions of Latest six (06) months.
Experience certificates (d-e) should indicate (i) name of work (ii) tendered cost and progress duly certified by the Executive Engineer concern.
Any other information in addition to the above may also be submitted.
Water and Power Division authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
