Sealed tender addressed to the Director, National Institute of Child Health, Karachi is invited for the Purchase of Drugs/ Medicines, Surgical Disposable, Laboratory Kits, Chemicals, X-Ray item, Dental item, Liquid Medical Oxygen Gas, Compressed Medical Oxygen Gas and Nitrous Oxide Gas, from Manufacturers, Sole Agents, importer, Distributors, Stockist and General Supplier for the year 2008-2009.
In this tender two envelopes procedure will be followed i.e. technical bid and financial bid will be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Prescribed tender Perform with terms and conditions can be obtained from cashier of this Institute against cash payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) (Non-Refundable) on any working day from 01-07-2008 to 19-07-2008. The tender will be opened on 21-07-2008. The tender details are also available in PPRA Website i.e. www.ppra.org.pk. The Director, National Institute of Child Health, Karachi reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons & increase or decrease the quantity to be purchased.
Tender will only be accepted on prescribed forms and receipt of purchase of the tender should be submitted with tender. All the conditions prescribed should be accepted to tenderer. For pre-qualification of firms, it is once again published that a tenderer who did not participate in the pre-qualification are required to collect prescribed pre-qualification form on any working day from 01 -07-2008 to 05-07-2008 dully Tilled should be submitted to this institute up to 12-07-2008.
