The Health Department, District Government Ghotki, is inviting applications from Manufacturers/ Importers/ Distributors for Pre-qualification in the Category for Supply of Drugs/ Medicines/ Disposables/ Surgical Items & X-Ray Films/ Chemicals/ Equipments/ Instruments/ Furniture for the year 2008-09.
Interested firms are required to obtain the request form from the office of the Executive District Officer Health, Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo, PM&I Cell, Health Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi & office of the Director General Health Services Sindh at Hyderabad on the cash payment of Rs.100/- (non-refundable) up to 20.07.2008 and submit the same along with full required information up to 27.07.2008, Rupees One Thousand will be charged as Service Charges only from qualified Manufacturer/ Importer/ Distributor.
