The Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital, Saudabad, Karachi, hereby invites sealed bids from various Pre-qualified Bidders / Manufacturers / Importers / Distributors for the supply of items mentioned below. A complete set of tender enquiry may be purchased from the office of the undersigned; PM&I Cell, Hearth Department, Block-24, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Karachi; and the Directorate General, Health Services, Sindh Hyderabad on submission of written application upon cash payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/-. The bids must be delivered on the opening date, 19th July, 2008, up to 12.00 noon which will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 12.30 P.M. on the same day. The purchaser reserves the right to accept / reject any / alt bids without assigning any reason. The purchaser also reserves the right to enhance / reduce the quantities and / or delete any item from the tender enquiry.
Note: (1) The Firms, which are not pre-qualified, can participate in the tender. They are required to submit the application for pre-qualification along with tender form. The pre-qualification forms can be purchased at the cost of Rs.100/- from the office of the Sindh Government Hospital, Saudabad, Karachi. The pre-qualification fee will be Rs.1000/- per year.
(2) The tender form along with terms and conditions will be available from 1st July, 2008 at the office of the undersigned; PM&I Cell, Health Department, Block-24, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Karachi: and the Directorate General, Health Services Sindh. Hyderabad.
(3) Bids must be in Pak rupees.
(4) In case Government announces any public holiday then tender will be opened on the next working day.
(5) All quotations shall include Government Taxes including GST, if applicable.
