Note: Fresh Class-I as per specification IEC-40296 in Steel Drums of 200 Liters capacity on FCS basis.

Eligibility: Manufacture / Stockiest / Dealers / Whole distributors / firms / Contractors (Registered / Unregistered with WAPDA). Unregistered manufacture may apply for issuance of tender documents a/w proof of their being manufacture. All tenders are also required to attach an attested copy of their registration certificate with the sales Tax Depett: Government of Pakistan.
Quantity of oil may decrease / increase as above mentioned.
Submission of bids till 10.30 hours on dated 28-07-2008.
Last date for obtaining tender documents one day before date of opening.
Bids shall be opened thirty minutes after the deadline for submission of bids.
Earnest Money: Each tender must accompany an earnest money of 2% from he registered firms and 5% for undersigned firms of the bid amount in shape of call deposit in favour of Chief Engineer (GSO) NTDC Islamabad.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Deputy Manager (T) GSO, NTDC, H-8, Islamabad.
Selected tender will be accepted.
The CE (GSO) NTDC Islamabad may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA’s Rule.
