Note: (a) Booth – 1, Opposite Accident & Emergency: Two (2) Telephone Sets (One for ladies and one for gents)
(b) Booth – 2, Opposite Al-Nahyan Ward: Two (2) Telephone Sets (One for ladies and one for gents).
Call Deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only).

(1) Sealed tenders are separately invited from well-established contractors to run two (2) Telephone Booths (each having two (2) Telephone Sets) using pay card system within the premises of Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore for a period of one year from the date of award: -
(a) Booth – 1, Opposite Accident & Emergency: Two (2) Telephone Sets (One for ladies and one for gents)
(b) Booth – 2, Opposite Al-Nahyan Ward, Two (2) Telephone Sets (One for ladies and one for gents).
(2) Bidders are required to offer their bids separately for each booth (2) telephone sets.
(3) Each tender should be accompanied by a Call Deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only). The document containing Terms & Conditions for each tender can be purchased on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) from 23rd June, 2008 on all working days (Monday to Saturday) from the Accounts Office.
(4) The tenders under sealed cover must be dropped in the tender box placed in the office of the undersigned up to 1230 hours on Tuesday, 8th July, 2008. The tenders will be opened at 1330 hours on the same day in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may wish to be present.
