The tenders are invited from an importers/ dealers/ distributors, suppliers and contractors possessing sound experience who may be interested to execute the following works;
Tender form can be had during working hours from the Secretary of KITE Development & Management Company, 2nd Floor, Aiwan e-Sanat, Plot No. ST-4/2, Sector 23 Korangi Industrial Area (Near Brookes Chowrangi), Karachi (hereinafter called the Company) up to 5th of July 2008 on payment of non refundable amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) through Pay Order only in the name of the Company being cost of each tender document.
The tender in sealed cover (item rate basis) superscripted with the name of work accompanied with 2% Earnest Money on Bid amount should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of the Company by 15th July 2008 up to 11:00 A.M. which would be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in Meeting Hall of the Company at the same address in presence of bidders/ representatives. The Bid should remain valid for 90 days. Bid amount and rates should be written in figures as well as words, Overwritten, corrected tenders will be rejected. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders upon finalization of tender.
In case the date of opening of tender a declared a public holiday by the government, next official working day shall be deemed to be the date for opening tenders at the time as mentioned above.
The company reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
All the decisions of the company will be final and binding.
