Note: Rectification of Water Supply & Sewerage System (Balance work) at OPF Housing Scheme, Phase I, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

Sealed Tenders are invited from the Government / Semi Government approved contractor / firms who are registered / enlisted for the year 2007 - 2008 in any Government department in "C" category (proof must be provided) for the rectification of water supply & sewerage system (Balance work) at OPF Housing Scheme, Phase I, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
Completion time of work is 45 days.
Interested contractors / firms having experience of execution of similar nature of projects of cost not less than Rs. 0.3 million with Government / Semi Government department (Proof must be provided) may obtain tender documents against payment of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred only) non-refundable on presentation of complete documents from the office of Regional Head (Punjab) OPF Regional Office P-33, Model Town (Extension), Lahore on any working day.
Tenders duly completed and accompanied with call deposit equal to 2% (two percent) of their bid price should reach the office of the undersigned by Wednesday July 9, 2008 at 1200 Hrs.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1230 hrs in the office of the undersigned in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may like to be present.
Tender documents shall not be issued on the tender opening date. Incomplete tenders shall not be entertained.
OPF reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof.
If concealment / distortion of fact is detected, it would be sufficient cause to reject the tender at any stage.
