Note: Period Of Contract: 20.08.2008 to 31.08.2009.
Tentative Qty (Metric Ton): 900,000 MT (+ 10% CHOPT).
Size Of Shipment: 50,000 MT ( + 10%) MOLOO.
Port Of Discharge: Pakistan Steel Terminal I.O.C Berth Port Muhammad Bin Qasim.
Charter Party: AMW (Coal) Charter with Rider Clauses (as Provided with tender documents).
Port of Loading: New Castle, Australia : 150,000 MT + 10%, Glad Stone, Australia : 400,000 MT + 10% (1ST Shipment 24Aug-01Sept 08), Hay Point, Australia : 150,000 MT + 10%, Robert Bank, Canada : 200,000 MT + 10%.

Pakistan Steel Invites Firm Freight Offers on Fiost Basis from the Pre-Qualified Ship-Owners / Desponent Owners for Contract of Affreightment for the Carriage of Coal as per following Details.
Other Terms and Conditions as Stipulated in the Tender Documents and Notified as Pre-Qualification Requirements.
Interested Parties may obtain the tender documents from BMD-Shipping Admn Block-III, Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim During 0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs of Working Days on the Payment of US$ 50.00 (or Equivalent Pak Rupees) Non-Refundable in the shape of Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Steel.
Sealed offer along with relevant documents should reach in the office of GM (Accounts & Cost), Admn Building, Bin Qasim, or drop in the Tender Box Placed there on or before 11.00 Hrs on 29th July, 2008.
The Sealed Offers will be opened on at 29th July, 2008 at 11.30 Hrs before the bidders or their Authorized Representatives in the board room, Admn Building, Pakistan Steel, Bin Qasim.
