Telephone Industries of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd, Haripur Hazara invites sealed Tenders for the auction of following vehicles on “As is Where is” basis.
Other Terms & Conditions: (1) Interested parties can inspect the above vehicles in premises of TIP Haripur, Islamabad & Karachi (Contact Nos. 0995-615999, Extension 2281, 051-4430969 and 021-5660593 respectively), on any working day, (from Monday to Friday), from 08:00 Hrs to16:00 Hrs.
(2) Intending parties should submit their tenders in Sealed Envelopes as super-scribed with tender for Vehicle No. (separately for each vehicle), along with pay order of Rs.30,000/- as earnest money in favour of TIP Haripur.
(3) Tender documents can be obtained from TIP Haripur (Phone No. 0995-613688) and its zonal offices at Islamabad & Karachi Phone Nos. 051-4430969 and 021-5660593 on payment of Rs.100/- non refundable tender fee.
(4) Tender will be opened at 11:00 Hrs on the dates shown in above table by a tender opening committee in presence of the bidders.
(5) Vehicles will be awarded to highest bidders.
(6) The successful bidder will be required to deposit, 3.5% of total bid value as Income Tax as per Income Tax Ordinance.
(7) The successful bidder will be required to deposit full amount of hrs bid plus taxes and collect vehicles within 15 days of approval of bid, failing which earnest money will be confiscated.
(8) TIP reserve the right to accept/ reject any or all the tenders without assigning any.
