Certificate of financial stability duly attested and verified by the relevant Bank.
Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been black listed by any Government organization.
Valid Income Tax Registration No.
Affidavit regarding litigation/arbitrating with any Government organization if any.
Valid copy of registration with any Government Hospital /Health Ministries.
Valid copy of Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificate.
Successful bidders will be required to deposit Rs.10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) as registration fee with cashier in accounts section PIMS Islamabad.

Applications are invited from “A” class firms registered with PEC having minimum 10 -years experiences in the annual repair maintenance of Hospitals building with any Government Health organization including MES, Pak PWD for current year. To be filled and singed by the concerned person of the organization.
Registration forms can be obtained from the Purchase Department PIMS at the cost of Rs.500/- in cash per schedule (Non-refundable) during usual working hours up to 13-10-2008.
Complete applications including above information’s addressed to the Executive Director Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad must reach in the office of the Assistant Director (Purchase) up to 14-10-2008, during working hours.
In-complete applications will not be entertained.
